Square for Restaurants: Ticket field not displaying online

I posted this issue a while ago but I can't access the post. It is in my post history. Maybe it was deleted?

 

Anyway... my issue is this:

The "Ticket" field doesn't display when viewing tickets online through "Transactions". It actually does display intermittantly, but not consistently. It prints on the receipts, but not when viewing the orders. I have seen other posts where users have had the same problem with the "Notes" field.

 

This is important for us as valuable information is in the "Ticket Name" (customer names, table #, employee name who ordered employee meals).

 

This is on Square for Restaurants.

Hi again @cbenson. I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing this issue for a while. I went ahead and started a case for you with a Restaurants Specialist. They'll email you as soon as they can to help troubleshoot this with you and if the issue persists they'll escalate this issue to our engineers to investigate further.
