Square Terminal and Fresh KDS

We currently use the square stand and at out large event had nothing but problems with charging ipads or usb not working.. with the Square Terminal work with our current Fresh KDS?

Fresh KDS is not compatible with The Square Terminal at this time. 

As for your iPad, is the iOS up to date as well as the POS app version. I've found that out of date software causes intermittent internet and accessory connectivity issues with the Stand.
