Square Orders not syncing with POS App

Has anyone had trouble with their orders on the POS app? I can see them on my laptop through square online, but theyโ€™re not syncing to my app anymore.

Hi @BriannaWoodall ๐Ÿ‘‹ thanks for flagging this. 

 

I haven't heard of any similar reports. Syncing issues like this usually occur when your Square app or mobile device is not running the most up-to-date software. 

 

You can find the steps to update your Point of Sale app here

 

To update iOS devices: 

  1. Plug your device into a power source.

  2. From the deviceโ€™s home screen, tap Settings > General > Software Update.

  3. Tap โ€œDownload and Installโ€.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

To update Android devices: 

  1. Open your deviceโ€™s Settings.

  2. Tap About > System Updates or Software Updates. If you donโ€™t see Advanced, tap About phone.

Once everything is updated you shouldn't notice any syncing issues, but if you do, please let me know here.
