Square Modes

I have an a Retail Mode setup on my Square POS. When my staff login in it is defaulting to the Standard Mode vs our Retail mode. When they go to change it under settings it is asking for my password as the owner and then it keeps me signed in. Even though I have gone into the permissions and clicked the box allowing them to change modes.

I appreciate you providing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to get this resolved. Have you looked into creating a Device Profile to save & assign the modes whenever your employees sign into the Point of Sale.
