Currently the marketing emails are going from Square Marketing <[email protected]> email address.
Can it be changed to our own domain/subdomain instead so that it will have more credibility to our customers.
It looks like though that we have sold our customer data to a 3rd party to do our marketing on our behalf. Also, when all sellers use the same email most email providers including Google etc flag it as Spam or Suspicious email.
Hey there @kwiz117 At this time Square Marketing uses its own email address with the goal to avoid as many spam filters as possible. Our goal is that your customers do receive the emails you are sending. However, I do see your point in that some customers could think that you have shared their email with a 3rd Party.
I will pass this feature request over to our product team for their visibility and consideration.
