I am having trouble with putting in my social security. I have done all the steps they say to do when it doesn’t work but it still is saying they cannot verify my account. Anyway you can help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues entering your Social Security Number. Here are a couple of reasons why you may be receiving an error: 

• Has your name changed in the past 6 months?: Try entering your legal name before it changed.
• Did you enter a business name or address in the personal info fields?: Make sure to provide us with your legal name and home address.
• Have you changed your home address in the past 6 months?: Try entering your home address prior to moving.

Also, if you have a business with an EIN number, try adding your organization’s EIN.
