Sneakers sizes

hey I have sneakers im selling in men and woman but on my site when someone click a man size it won't let them continue unless they select a woman size as well so im confuse on how do i separate the options

Sounds like you set up the women sizes as a modifier set and required a one to be selected. Instead, make each size an item variation. That way, your customer will be prompted to select one man or woman size.
