Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me. Somehow when people go to check out on my site in the shipping information… My business address is there where the item is to be shipped to? I don’t know how it got there nor do I know how to remove it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Hmm, is it possible that your shipping info is being autofilled by your browser? Can you send a screenshot? Be sure to scrub/ block out your actual address and personal/sensitive info. I just want a visual.

Ahh, it sounds like your personal address is used in place of your business address. Can you check Square Dashboard > Account & Settings > Locations > and make sure your personal address isn't listed?
My shipping address is my personal address.
I guess my question is....I didn't notice that the address was listed there previously. Does the shipping address ALWAYS show up in the location when someone is checking out? I thought it would be blank for the buyer to fill in their information. ie. where the product gets shipped to, not where its being shipped from.
I hope that makes sense.

Well it shouldn't. I passed your case to an Ecom Specialist but we're not seeing your address visible during the checkout flow aside from pickup, but we don't see your address under delivery.

It’s strange. I just went onto my website on my iPhone and it doesn’t show up there but I even refreshed my laptop and it’s still showing up there.

Gotcha! I grabbed the screenshot but deleted it due to your personal info being visible.
Weird that the address reappeared with a refresh. Again, I'm not seeing the address on my end. At this point, it seems like you're running into a bug. Our Ecom Team would like you to call in to gather more info and escalate to our Engineering Team. Reach out here during normal biz hours.

I somehow also have both of my business names under each of my items so I have to be careful where I add in inventory... I have no idea what I did?
i was just considering today hiring someone to set it up but I hate to do that since it’s already up and running! Just a couple blips!
