It would be good if we could have an option to set breaks for employees. For example, my part time employees have to take a 30min unpaid break for shifts over 5 hours, my full time employees have to take an hour break each day and anyone working over 10 hours gets paid 20min breaks. At the moment, staff can pick and choose which break they want to take. Which results in full timers choosing 20 min paid breaks instead of 1 hour unpaid breaks.
