It's so great to be able to search my items in the Square Dashboard not only by the item name, but also by the variation name. But when I go to my register and try to search for a variation, it becomes a lot more difficult to find. It would be very convenient if the register could also search by variation name in addition to item name (in the items tab specifically).
On this same boat, it would be greatly beneficial to have a description for each individual variation. Some of our items (plants) have descriptions (care instructions) that differ slightly between variations of the same plant and it is difficult to pull up care instruction for a customer when variations don't have specific descriptions.
