Is there a way to change the Square Register screen timeout during checkout or working on the items b/c it keeps asking for passcode as we are either working on or cashing a customer out within 5 seconds.
You should be able to go to your settings in your Square Register and do the following:
Scroll to the bottom and look for "Team Management" and then set the timeout to whatever you'd like it to be. I believe the maximum is like 5 minutes.
