Sales go through my online inventory when I have 0 available. Then I have to contact the customer and refund them or try to get them to buy something else. Some of my inventory I will not be able to get for a while because of the pandemic. Why does this keep happening?

It seems like you're both experiencing the same thing - I think I know what's going on here!
If you've both seen orders come in through here in the past, this should explain the issue. It sounds like your original online store is still active - and allowing orders to come through. Our eCommerce team can definitely give you a hand with this so you don't run into this anymore.
