Restaurant Time of Sale Open data

Does anyone need to know time of sale open on Square Restaurant?

I do see the time of sale completed and timer on each table in floor layout but not the time we open the tab….

I really need Square to have this information in order to properly distribute tips to my employees.

Any updates that might improve on this topic?
