Just got charged $312 on my credit card for a Weebly subscription renewal when I never ordered a Weebly subscription renewal. Tried to manage my subscriptions on profile only to click on the link and have it say this page no longer exists. Tried to call the number but don't have an eight digit PIN to reach a human being. I need a refund immediately for something that I did never buy. How is this possible during a pandemic? How do I get my money back that I need when I haven't worked since march? Very upset I have a family to feed any info would be much appreciated

As a heads up: in order for us to process a refund for a disputed payment, you will need to get in touch with your bank to drop the dispute that you already started with your bank. They will provide you with an official reversal letter.
