QR code ordering Cart Error Message

Hi Team, 

 

The Message "Some of the items in your cart are no longer available. Return to your cart to remove those items checking out again" shown up every time when my customers checking out their cart via using QR code ordering. How can I solve this issue?

 

I've checked my stock availability and everything are in stock and not showing any "0".

It frustrated me a lot.

There are a few things that could be causing this type of error at checkout. Unfortunately I wouldn’t have a view into your account to check on the necessary settings, but these are the potential contributing factors that I’d recommend you check first. 


Time Based Categories - These allow you to restrict the sale of certain items at certain times. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for example. With this set up, customers can only purchase items during the times you specify.


QR code ordering hours - You can check and edit these from Online > Fulfilment > QR Code Ordering > Edit.


Item Fulfilemt and Prep Time settings - If an item has a prep time associated with it, then a customer would need to order it prior to a certain cut-off time, that would align with your fulfillment hours.


If you’re unable to identify the issue by looking at the settings above, there are a few other troubleshooting steps to consider here.


If you’re unable to resolve this, you can call support on 1800 870 189 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or reach out via online chat and email, from the Contact section on the top right of the support center.
