How do I fix my profit margin to show the proper %? When I entered the product I entered the cost and the retail price properly, but when I go check in Projected Profit section most of my items show the cost and retail as the same $$ amount resulting in an 0% profit margin. Has anyone had this problem? If so, how do I fix or will it fix when I sell an item?
