For the last 48 hours we have had "failed to print" error messages on all POS's and we cannot get rid of them. The same time these messages started appearing, any time a customer pays cash, the screen that normally shows the amount of change to give them has now disappeared.

Hello there @Docklands110. Our engineers have identified the error of the change not being displayed and have provided a workaround while a fix is expected to be released this coming Tuesday.
The recommended workaround right now is to go to More → Settings → Checkout → Signature and Receipt and turn off “Skip receipt screen”. This should force the receipt screen to show the change.

Did you ever find out how to get rid of this error message? We suddenly started getting it 3 days ago- out of nowhere.
