We only offer exchanges no refunds. In our old system we could add prepaid $'s to an account but I have yet to figure out how to do this with Square...
One possible work around would be to issue a Gift Card - either physical or eGift. Since there's quite a few creative Community Members here, I'm sure a few more suggestions will pop up.
