Pre-order for pickup/delivery the selected day

Hi team, 

This is the common use case at our shop:
- Customers call/message us to place orders for pickup/delivery on the future day.

Feature request:
- We are wondering if we can have a feature to place order (pre-order) for customers and select the days that customers would like receive. So then the orders/bills will be active on the selected day, not the day we place the order.
