Pickup has to be marked Shipped

I have a brick and mortar and started my online store like most with the pandemic.  Some items I ship, but most I do not, so I don't have shipping turned on.  I have an item that has been purchased both for pickup, but one order allows me to click 'ready' which is how I'd like it to be and the other (same exact item) only allows me to click shipped so I have to manual email the people that the item is ready.  I do not understand why this is happening.  Its random but has happened a few times before.  Advice?Picture of pickup orderPicture of pickup ordershipped.png

This definitely look a little odd, especially since they are both pickup orders. I am going to recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly. 

 

They will be able to take a deeper look and file a ticket with our engineers, if needed.
