This never happened previously, however in the last two weekends, our live sales report on our Square POS screen has started accumulating previous days data. We are unable to change the date range until we get 3 days down the track, then we have to manually adjust and it goes back to normal. We thought it was fixed after last weekend and today it's started doing it again. NB: the live sales report works fine on mobile app. On the desktop dashboard it came up as accumulative, however we were able to adjust the date range on that one.
Any thoughts on how to get the POS to display live sales accurately? Also, any thoughts on why this is suddenly an issue in the last 10 days?
