All items are entered in English. There are no foreign characters anywhere. However,
sometime, the Order email contains what looks like Chinese. How does that happen?

Thanks for getting in touch! This definitely seems a bit odd- is this an email you received for an order, or a customer's screenshot? What are the language settings on your phone set up as? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

thanks for your reply. This is the screen shot from the google gmail i received as the Square Admin. The language setting is English from the beginning.
I called Square support and 1/2 hour later after looking at this problem, they don't know how this happened.

After looking further into this, the reason for this behavior is the language preferences of the buyer. Please let us know if this issue is persisting or if it ever happens again.
