Online order add item error

Does anyone experience same issue as below?

When customer try to add item, the error message come out and never goes to check out page.

This error just came out suddenly, I haven't changed any settings.

Our team hasn’t reported any issues impacting Square Online of this nature, so I’d like to confirm a few things so that we can work to understand the issue a bit better:

  • Is the error message appearing when customers attempt to order via QR code? Or just when attempting to order directly from the website URL?
  • Has the error message appeared for multiple different customers using different devices? (I.e., iPhone, Android)
  • Does the error message appear when customers attempt to checkout on another web browser? (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari).


I’ll keep an eye out for your reply. 🙂

Hi Katie,

 

Thank you so much for your prompt response. I have checked the site and it seems working well now! 
I’ve reported this error from my customer this morning and this error was continued when I checked by myself on my iphone (safari) and desktop (chrome). Also I used the url when I tried to order. 
Thank you for your effort whether you’re fixing the error or just fixed by itself.
