Non visible items on Dashboard

I have imported my items from my website but it appears only 25% of the items are appearing on my dashboard. When entering an item manually it tells me I already have the SKU item. When doing a search on the SKU number nothing comes up.

When you say you've imported your items from your website, do you mean from your Square Item Library to your website?

If you can tell me a bit more about your setup, I might be able to assist.

Ie what do you use Square for currently (and where did you create your items initially?)
