Need discounts to subtract from the Retail Price o...

I am selling lots of books at 40% off. IF I put the retail price into the price field and apply a 40% discount it does not change each individual line on the book prices. Under the Book title is says 40% off Books but the customer wants to see the price reduced individually, not one big total at the bottom. Is there any way to make it change the line item price? Thanks.

Perhaps changing the way your pricing is promoted will work - clearly state that your item - product - service is displayed however, the actual price is now displayed - it's simply about marketing - what is your bottom line ? Just a thought from a different perspective.

Hi @MPursley. I just did a quick test in Retail and you can do this. But to do what you want, you must apply the discount to each individual book. See the receipt I of the test check I did in Retail. You’ll see individual item discounts for each one I applied it to.
