Hi, I have been charging and resetting and still I only have the blinking Square icon on the screen. The terminal won't turn on. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I contacted Tech Help. They determined my unit was a dud. I activated the warranty, returned my dud and was sent a new unit. The customer care was top notch. Thank you so much
