Multipule users on One account

Hi I am fairly new to Square and use my cell phone for a business contact as well as use square on the same phone. I have employees, so if I'm not at my business the employees can't use Square. Can I use a 2nd smart phone and download Square and set that phone so it deposits the transactions into my business account and have staff use it when I'm not at the business site. I have the contactless reader at the business at all times.

Yes you can! You can use the "employee" feature on square. You can create new employees and customize their permission sets. You can decide on what you can allow them to do and what you can allow them to see. 

You will use the same login for both devices but there would be specific passcode for each employee (4 digit passcode)
