We have added a new category for items on our menu, and attached items to that category. The category is not showing on the main menu on the square register. How to fix this?
Hey @RLN - Seems like a super simple tip but have you signed out and signed back in yet? When settings and edits don't sync over to the Register, I find that step usually refreshes the system and reflect as normal.
If that didn't help, can you tell me other Troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? @RLN

I finally figured it out. Handled it from my iPad square app. But thanks for your reply - refreshing the system is always a good thing to try first!
