The Loyalty expiration was changed from rewards expiring to Points themselves expiring. The setting for this on on your web dashboard, and here’s some more info about it:
My staff and customers really like that the points expire rather than the rewards, since when they do expire it’s only some points at a time rather than essentially all of their points that would add up to a reward. Much less stressful and a better experience all around!
