Looking for a Product Implementation Specialist

Hi, there community,

We are in the process of setting up a Cafe, and we're looking for someone (preferably in the UK) who can help us 'get our ducks in a row' and set up both the hardware and backend of Square so that we can get up and running soon. 

If the person can come to our location at Berkhamsted, that would be all the better. We tried contacting specialists who were recommended by Square, but they were unresponsive.

If you know someone competent (freelancer or agency) who could help us with the above, that would be great.

Hi @rossway congratulations on the upcoming shop opening. Exciting times. In terms of Square hardware, what will you be looking to use, POS on a tablet, Terminals, Registers etc. Also are you thinking a KDS may be required for your business?

We've purchased tablets and hardware for the KDS, but a little unsure how to get it all going with the backend. We figured to save time and energy grouping around in the dark; perhaps it would be best to get someone who knows what they are doing to 'pop the hood' and get it going for us or at least take us by the hand with the setup.  🙂

Hi @rossway I can see where you are coming from, especially if you have a busy schedule. Having said this I would also say its nice to spend a little time setting it up if you can, as invariably issues crop up after setup. The system is really intuitive to set up and wouldn't take more than a few hours max. depending on how many products and complexities of modifiers if you are using. Once you have your item library setup take on the KDS. The thing is you will know exactly what you are looking to achieve with the workflow, which if you do the initial setup is much easier for you to tweak at a later date. Lots of help on the forum though so just shout out! Good luck
