Keep the payment method when reopening a check

When reopening a closed check, it removes the payment method and issues a refund  even though I have “keep payment method” toggled on in the back end. Is this a glitch?

I recommend checking to make sure that both your app and your mobile device itself are up-to-date. If everything looks good there, you'll want to reach out.
