Kds Samsung a9 issue

There are issue to view item and categories to show in kds as picture attach

Hi @hsuangie, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 🙂.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the KDS app. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this : 

  1. Check to make sure you’re using the most recent version of the Restaurants app and KDS app.
  2. Check that the Android OS (software) is up to date on your device.
  3. Restart the Square KDS app.
  4. Delete the app and reinstall it on your Samsung device.
