We just swapped from IOS to Android Microtouch 21” KDS
Now when you print orders from the KDS it no longer showed online order types (DoorDash, square online, uber earts). We have different procedures when each of these types of orders are picked up so this is causing issues with pickup. It does show on the KDS but just not on the kitchen printer. This issue when we swapped to android KDS
with IOS app the order type shows on the printed receipt on the kitchen printer

Okay, now that you have a dedicated device code, have you set it up as a "printer" in your POS? Also, have you adjusted the setting via the KDS app on the device to your needs?
Yes I have. It’s printing uber eats on tickets under the name but not DoorDash or square online. All the tickets print but they just do not show the order type name.
It sounds like you just need to adjust how the KDS displays information locally on the KDS device, but I could be wrong!
Did you try this:
To display the order source on a Square KDS, navigate to the KDS app settings, go to "Routing > Source & Fulfillment," and toggle on the option to view orders from different sources like online orders, point of sale orders, or specific dining options, allowing you to see where each order originated on the KDS screen; you may need to adjust settings based on which order sources you want to display.

Just to clarify, is the KDS monitor not printing DoorDash and Square Online as the order type? If possible, could you provide a photo of how it appeared before? This would help as a reference. @Stricks_BBQ
