We just started using KDS on weekends to streamline our expo at our bagel shop.
It already helps immensely to see ticket timing and recall tickets that may not have printed or need to be re-fired.
When I open the KDS app after a few days non-use, there may be hundreds of open tickets that I have to close out.
Is there a "clear all" function - or a way to pause incoming tickets until you restart the KDS app?
@tulanejeff Yes. Just go to view all settings on the left side and there should be an option to "clear all tickets". I have this whenever I add a new kds and it is great.
