We added a new item to our store and when purchased it says payment declined. If I buy something else it will go through. We have used multiple cards with same result.
I am having the same issues! Added an item that was for a client and it keeps declining her card. It also will not let me adjust the inventory on it.

Are the items that you and @deeberly1 selling significantly more expensive than the items that do not give payment declined messages? My immediate thought is that the item is priced high enough that the card provider is rejecting the charge without pre-approval.
