Item and category display issues with my store

I tried using your help chat, it was useless and they offered zero solutions so I'm coming here before I delete my store and go to another company.

I have been fighting your site all weekend trying to fix this issue. I have items that are fully deleted still displaying in my store and several products not sorting into the categories I've created. I've tried everything to fix this but it is obviously something messed up on your backend.

Please can someone help me out and fix this?

Could you share your website along with a few examples of the items and categories that are currently showing but shouldn’t be? Once I have that, I can take a deeper look into what’s going on.
