It Changed! I used to be able to "create items" and then add them to my website. Now I can't figure

I can't figure out how to add retail items to my website. All of my old inventory is still available on my website, but I can't move anything from my inventory to being on the website o that customers can purchase.

The entire inventory is still in my POS, and it's still making barcodes, etc for sales done in-person, but the option to sell online is gone.

Help me find where they moved the option to sell in both In-person AND online.

P.S. I've been using square for my retail and website for over 5 years, and get lost whenever they "Change" things. I'm not super techie, but usually I don't have to fight this site so hard. And their Customer Service s*cks, so if y'all can help, Id be grateful.

More than likely the items are not marked as available under your online channel. You'll want to go into your item list, select all the things you want to be online, use the "actions" button on bottom to "update site visibility". This will make all those items go online.

After that, go to Item Defaults, and you can change the default visibility for new items so that every time you create a new item, it will automatically be visible online.
