I just got a square terminal it connects to my wifi and says it's connected, it even ran the filmware update off of the wifi. however when i put the user and pass in it says no network connection check your settings.
I did try the device code as well and it took it but it does nothing it would not process anything on even go into account info.
My small reader works just fine on my iphone logs in and processes card info. so i have no clue why the terminal will not work.
I am also getting
"It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end." on the computer, i can see the daily sales, see company info but not much else reports, transactions, items all say there is a problem on your end.
getting frustrated here..
ok it just let me in after the 3rd reboot
Still need some info on the "Oh no, something went wrong." on the computer though.

So sorry to hear about the continued trouble with your Square Terminal - definitely not the experience we would want for you while just starting off. I've gone ahead and merged your post into an existing thread of Sellers who were also looking for information regarding troubleshooting the Terminal. Take a look at this helpful resource, it sounds like a factory reset may be your best option.
In regards to both issues you are encountering - on the Terminal and the Dashboard - we would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team directly if they continue to occur. They will insure you issue meets a resolution in a timely manner.

I did get the terminal to let me log into it after a few reboots.
The dashboard on the computer however has some issues, it’s not letting me do or see much I can actually do and see more more on the iPhone than the computer.
