Is anyone else having issues with inaccurate inventory reports data

I have noticed that the data represented in the inventory sell through and the projected profit report is not updating, it sometimes takes hours and days before the data becomes accurate.  I would think that the data would update within moments at the most??

Hey JJ,

 

Thanks for the reply.  According to the people I have talked with say that the reports lag by 24 hours.  That sounds excessive.  I can see a few minutes to an hour or so, but a day??

Something I have learned over the years is that in technology there is always room for improvements big or small. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

Originally it had been lagging by only 24 hours or so, but now mine is showing the last update was 3 days ago, and it is also not pulling in any items added within the last month or so at all.  Any ideas?

I had talked with them several months ago and they admitted to having issues with libraries not updating properly.  They have never fixed the problem that I am aware of.  Instead they come up with new things that Square will do.  Although I like and appreciate some of the changes but it would be nice if they would finally fix this long standing issue.

Mine is now going on 3 days without updating.  Sell-through is an amazingly helpful feature….when it works.
