Inventory levels randomly change and are incorrect

I keep up with my inventory, but it is constantly changing randomly! I take inventory and FIX EVERYTHING. The next day, I go back and check inventory again (because I'm trying to figure out WHY my inventory keeps changing for absolutely no reason), and it's off AGAIN...no sales, no inventory manually updated by me...it just changes randomly. Square's "resolution" is to manually check the inventory and then fix it. REALLY??? I'm a small business, but I seriously do not have the time to do this.

 

I go to onsite vendor events and make sales. I've checked my inventory before I go to the event and it's correct. I come back afterwards and check my current inventory against what Square says I have, and guess what...all items are NOT CORRECT.

 

What is going on with this and why can't Square fix it? Obviously, I'm not the only one having the issue as I've read multiple posts stating people have had it with Square and looking elsewhere.

I haven’t seen any widespread reports of this issue. I understand you’ve noticed other sellers experiencing similar problems, but in order for me to help resolve this for you, I’ll need to investigate further and, if needed, file a ticket.

 

If you’d like me to look into this, could you let me know which items this is happening with? Also, can you share the link to your site? I want to make sure we get this sorted for you.
