Inventory Sort & Stock in Red

I am on the Square for Retail Free plan & I'm having issues with the stock counts in my item library. All items are available in one location, all are set to Track Inventory, no stock alerts, and stock alert field set to 0. I exported all my items to ensure they're all set the same. Some of my items are showing the stock counts in red, and some are not. How do I change it via import so that none are highlighted red?

Also, previously my item library would be sorted to match the order of the csv I imported, but now it seems to be sorting by item name no matter what I do. How do I change this back? Thanks!

Hi there, @Sasshole, thanks for reaching out with your query.

Firstly, if you've enabled inventory tracking and don't assign any stock to your items, the expected behaviour is that they will be highlighted in red to indicate you are out of stock.

If you are not wanting your items to show as highlighted, you would need to disable inventory tracking for all items and their variations.

By default, your Item Library will alphabetize your imported items based on their item name. If your items were ordered in a different way following the import, there may have been a slight delay in these displaying as expected in alphabetical order.

Let me know if you have any further questions here!
