My inventory is not decreasing as I sell the items. It was working before the free trial ended. How do I make it pick up where we left off?

You are welcome to give Customer Success a call to take a look, but if you would like I can take a look into this here as well. If so, could you provide a bit more information: Are all of your items not decreasing, or are there any specific items that are? As well as, are these in-store or online items?

Your Subscription should not have anything to do with your Inventory not decreasing as an Item is sold. Now you may not see the same reports because some are based on the Subscription. You may want to call Support their number is below in my Signature line. If you were on the Free POS system with Square inventory tracking is included, just some reports like Cost of Goods reporting would not be visible.
