customer has tried to pay bill but it has been paid. The last 4 digits don’t match her card. obviously wrong card is linked to account. Have no idea who’s card it is I never linked a card to it. we need this fixed because we have no idea who is paying for her stuff

Have you checked their profile in your Customer Directory?
We only see the last 4 of the card as well but you can un-link any wrong cards on file through their Customer Directory profile.
