Image size for items not fitting at all

I have tried everything to get the image to fit into the item box. All the others have worked but I can't get three of them to fit - small file size, small image size. What can I do to get them to fit? Very frustrating

Hey @artists-own - In what section of your website are your trying to add your images? Can you please provide me with your website URL? I'd be happy to take a look for you.

Our website is artists-own.square.site

there is a candy cane and a necklace that do not fit inside the square image space. I tried everything to size them to fit to no avail. Greatly appreciate what ever assistance you can provide. 

Another note, we have had two sales and I set shipping to be $10 for anything weighing 0-1 lb but Square charged $9. Luckily this covered each item but why did it reduce our shipping by $1.00?

@artists-own - I see that in your shipping settings you have a flat rate of $9.00 if the item is shipped within two days of ordering and a Standard Shipping rate based on the item weight. In this case, If the customer only ordered one item, they are going to see the $9 two days shipping option and the weight option, most likely they will choose the $9 shipping as it's cheaper. You would need do remove the per item flat rate fee if you would like the weight shipping rate to kick in instead.
