I want to take products and sell them as a bundle in a box... how do I pull them from my inventory?

So I am building my page... haven't launched yet.

I have products for sale (t-shirts, keychains, pens, etc.) available for purchase as single skus.

I want to make a box that has a t-shirt and another item in it and sell them as a bundle.  How can I set up the sku for the box so that it pulls the item from the inventory to keep my inventory clean and accurate?

For example:  Box contains:  1 Med. black t-shirt and 1 flight tag 

I need the system to recognize that I am pulling the medium t-shirt and flight tag out of inventory... which means it's not available for sale anymore in the single sku column.
