I've updated items on my desktop, the updates are not showing up on my phone or tablet.

I've updated items on my desktop, the updates are not showing up on my phone or tablet. I have logged out of both devices and relogged in and still the changes are not showing up. I use chrome on my desktop and the app on both mobile devices.

The are only 2 things I can suggest you do to fix this:

1) After making Adjustments to Items on the Square Dashboard make sure you saved the changes.  Then look on your Dashboard to see if the changes are there as you want them.   Then try the suggestions I suggested before on your other devices.

 

2) Call support because something does not sound right that these suggestions are not working for you.  Their number is in my signature line below.

I would also after logging back in, Open the More area on your phone and tablet, then look for your Items or catalog.... click that tab.  Look for an Item you just uploaded.   Sometimes there is a Delay from when Items are uploaded from a Desktop computer to a Mobile devices catalog.  By looking in to your Items or Catalog on the mobile device this forces Square to update the Catalog quicker.   I just had that happen with me also, added 3 or 4 items on a desktop, Printed out some price tags, came down to my square stand and the Items were not found.  Went to more-items and did a search by Barcode for the new item it was found.  Went back to the Checkout Screen and then all 3 or 4 items were now in my catalog and could be added by checkout scanning.

I think by looking for the Item on the tablet or cell forces Square to look for new items in your catalog.
