I made a jewelry purchase and did not receive the goods

I need to report this company, my purchase was made on Aug. 6, I have never received the items. I have reached out to the merchant asking for updates, tracking, and most recently a refund because of no response.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. If you have not been able to contact the Square Seller whom you purchased this item from, we suggest that you reached out to your bank regarding the charge. They will be your best resource.

Did you purchase from Brooke Barley , to Brooke's Boutique.  I'm asking because I purchased $71 worth of jewelry from her and never received it. Now she's blocked me.
