I am trying to change bank account, but when it gets to where it says email verification has been sent, it never arrives. I checked email info for correctness, checked spam folder, nothing. Plugged and unplugged, started and restarted phone. Nothing helps. Help!
Hi @Marilee111! For this you will need to call into our Customer Success team so they can help you get your verification email. They will need to verify some information over the phone before they can take action on your account. 🙂
