@monomono We mark orders ready as soon as they are packed. We then typically give them a text as a reminder about 1 hour to close: Hey there its (name) from (company) we wanted to remind you that we have your order ready for pickup. No rush tho! We close at 5pm (or whenever you close) let us know if it will be a little later than that, thanks!
Most people respond to texts, phone calls are only if we receive no response to the text and its gets closer to close (15-30 minutes to close) We send reminder texts with 1 hour to close so people have some time to get here. Hope this helps
