How to create an invoice for direct purchases through the website?

Situation:

Our customers purchase various services directly on our website and pay in advance using a credit card. Now I can create a receipt for such orders but I cannot create a proper invoice. However, we need a proper invoice (our business address, client's address) for our own accounting for each purchase made on our website. It appears this is not natively possible through Square. Any suggested workaround (even 3 party apps) would be highly appreciated.
